    I'm Ashton, a 20/yo queer multimedia artist! I have a passion for art and making fursuits.. And it'd be my dream job to become a freelance artist! I've been creating suits since 2019, and officially started taking commissions in 2021. Each of my works is meticulously crafted, and I strive to continue pushing my quality with each project I complete. All suits are 100% hand-made by me!     General terms

    No definite deadlines. You may suggest a completion timeframe, or ask for an estimate of completion time, but at no point are deadlines set in stone, and I am not liable for a commission not being completed in time for a convention or other event. (birthdays, holidays, etc.) You do have the option to pay a flat fee to get bumped to the top of my queue and receive priority, this fee varies depending on how many people are ahead of you. If you are wanting your suit in time for a convention, please try to give me at least 3-6 months notice. Anything sooner, and I may not be able to complete your commission in time. SHIPPING/PAYMENT RULES STILL APPLY TO THIS. Please keep that in mind if it is something you are interested in. I normally only take 1-3 commissions at a time and do not like to overload myself— I feel bad keeping people waiting for long periods of time! I may also occasionally work on premades/ personal projects to keep myself from burning out, but I keep my main focus on commissions as they are a priority. Upfront payments or shorter payment timeframes will take priority over longer payment plans, and will be prioritized in my queue based on what project has been fully paid off first. Your position in my queue can change because of this! Suit construction is normally completed within 1-3 months upon final payment if your project has not already been finished.All commission quotes should be taken as the best ESTIMATE for your final commission price. Keep in mind the starting price is for a SIMPLE 1-2 colored character with very simple designs. Expect the price to go up with anything more complex than this. Again, the quote is an estimate, and may be subject to change with design alterations, material availability, and unexpected/over-expected labor. Changes to commission price during the building process will always be elaborated and approved with the commissioner before invoicing. Quotes are free and valid for 6 months. I will usually open my quote form a few weeks before I open my commission form. YOU MUST HAVE A QUOTE, OR YOUR SUBMISSION TO MY COMMISSION FORM WILL BE DISREGARDED. This is to not only rule out serious inquiries, but to make it easier for myself to choose someone. If you are not chosen for the current opening, you will need to submit a new quote that will last another 6 months if it has expired, and so on. If you have a quote that has not expired and my prices have increased, I will honor the original estimated price. Quotes on small parts are final, and are calculated immediately. Final prices for larger commissions are estimated from the base price, and calculated by how many extra hours are required to sew in markings/ designs. Keep in mind these often require material research and you may confirm if the colors I have chosen are to your liking. If you have a specific color you'd like used, please link it to me or have your colors chosen beforehand! This makes my job easier as everyone is different when it comes to color accuracy.I ONLY work with colors that are currently in stock from Howl Fabrics or FursuitSupplies at the time you submit your commission application, NO OTHER SITES. BigZFabric is an exception for vinyl, minky, or materials other than faux fur. If you see fur colors for your character in stock and purchase enough materials for your project in advance, save your receipt and I will deduct the material cost from your final commission price. I will also pay the shipping cost to have it sent to me so you don't end up paying double for shipping. If you are unsure about how much to order, I am happy to give you an amount for each color you chose for your character, free of charge at any time as long as you already have colors picked out. Leftover materials, if any, will not be returned to you- as it falls within the 30% non refundable fee of the original quote before deductions. Not everyone accepts materials purchased by a client, so make sure someone else will if you decide to commission a different maker!

    I would prefer you choose only one website as this cuts down on my material costs. If i have to order from 2 different websites, I will charge you for the shipping cost of the second order. I will not use materials from other websites as I cannot ensure the quality of them.

    I do not cut corners in my work and will ensure a quality product. More complex characters = more labor and material costs, which = more money.

    A duct tape dummy is REQUIRED for digitigrade and plantigrade fullsuits, and you must ship this to me at your own expense.I do offer SPH (strategically placed holes) for an additional cost if requested. However, placing any yourself will void your warranty— as it does not fall under my regular “wear and tear” policy.Please do not attempt to make a DTD by yourself, all people who have attempted this have had to remake them with help. Double check the quality of your dummy before cutting it off and sending it. You should use medical scissors for extra safety. You do not have to stuff the dummy. I will ask you to remake it if the dummy is not properly made or if I can’t fix it. If I have to tape it or fix issues, I will charge you $50. If you refuse to pay the $50 or to redo your DTD, I will reduce your commission to a partial, and you will receive a refund for your bodysuit. Please do not cut off your clothes and leave them in the dtd, this makes it extremely heavy and can affect the end product of a bodysuit. If you don't know how to make one, please let me know and I will happily send you a tutorial!Once received, please do not sell my suits for a higher price than purchased. If you do so, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me. However, you MAY resell the suit for equal or lesser value. The ONLY way you may sell it for a higher price is if they come with extra parts, art pieces, or accessories that come with the suit when reselling it (aka paying their worth and nothing more).Please do not nitpick my work. making me spend several hours on a single section of the suit and making constant miniscule changes will result in a charge in an amount at my discretion. You are commissioning me for my style and the way I do things, please respect that! I will not try to replicate another maker's style. However, I absolutely do not mind changing the suit to your liking!Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. If you have paid your deposit (30%) and continually harass me after receiving several warnings, you will not be sent a refund or materials if they were purchased. Your 30% deposit may only be refunded if materials of any kind have not been purchased.Please do not continually ask me for WIPS (work in progresses). I will update you when I can, and will not move on without your approval. If you have not heard anything from me within a few weeks, feel free to reach out. I will update you when I feel that there is something to be updated (sorry if that is harsh, but I work as fast as I can). Constant pestering may result in your commission being dropped if the behavior does not change and you will be given a refund (see refund policy below). I will give you a chance to stop the behavior, I will not drop you without warning. However, don't feel like you can't talk with me! I'm here to listen and craft a product for you that you'll love. I will give updates if I am busy or am going on vacation. Remember: I am not a machine, I am only one human! I'm currently also a medical related student- my studies come before anything, so please keep this in mind before commissioning me if the wait time will be an issue!Larger commissions are ONLY provided to clients that are 18+, such as a head or partial.
    You must be at least 16 or older to commission small parts from me.    Please provide a CLEAR 2 sided or more unshaded, SFW (safe for work) reference sheet for me to work off of. If your reference sheet is not clear, I am not liable for mistakes made when you receive the suit if you didn't say anything about it, as I will always ask if I am not sure about something! These will be fixed later if brought up, but it will not be for free. If you see something that isn’t right in an update picture, please tell me as soon as you realize- I will not be upset at all! We are all human and all make mistakes.I will not make copyrighted characters as it is illegal to make money off of them. I will not replicate any of my past works.

    Payment/shipping

    A 30% NON REFUNDABLE down payment is REQUIRED to secure a slot with me. This ensures I have the transaction security and can purchase materials. Because your down payment goes straight to the materials for your commission, IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE! A down payment is how your commission is locked in, and should not be made unless you are absolutely certain you want to proceed with ALL future payments and receive your commission. If you wish to pay more than 30% down, (which is encouraged) I can send your suit as soon as it is finished! (if the suit is already paid in full.)Your suit must be paid off within 6 months after sending your 30% deposit for heads and partials, otherwise I may void the right to your commission and repurpose the suit to sell as a different character. You will NOT receive a refund for what has already been paid if failure to pay off your suit occurs. I take payment plans for fullsuits over a 9 month timeframe after your 30% deposit is made, same rules apply. We will agree on a date of which payment will be sent every month. A 5 day grace period will be granted if failure to make a payment occurs. I completely understand that life happens, so please communicate with me if you are having payment issues! I will be happy to give you more time if you still wish to continue with the commission process, but please remember that I am an independent artist and rely on commission money to pay my bills! Failure to make the down payment upon request to secure a slot will result in a blacklist. It's ok if you need time to think about it first, but please communicate with me and do not ghost me!An alternative payment plan may also be established. A 30/50% down payment would be required, and the remaining 70/50% would be due within 60 days upon your suit's completion. This gives a slightly more flexible timeline for both you, and me.

    Once your commission is paid in full and finished, then it will be prepared for shipping! Your suit MUST be paid in full before I ship it to you. Shipping will be calculated through UPS (or another postal service of your choice), as it is usually the cheapest option. postage is priced based on the specs of the packaging (weight, size) and is expected to be paid at your expense. after paying for shipping, i will drop off your commission and send you the tracking info! Shipping cannot be accurately estimated before completion and shipping of your order, however the usual cost is expected to be $50+ for heads, $150+ if your suit has multiple pieces (bigger box) or is outside the US. It could also cost more depending on how fast you want it shipped to you. Shipping confirmation documents and tracking information will be forwarded to you once your commission is shipped! Remember that shipping is a separate cost from your suit, and is NOT included in the full price. Import fees (if applicable) must be paid by you. If you are local to Central Texas, I'd be happy to arrange a drop off location and time to deliver your suit! There is a $50 drop off fee to cover some of my time, and cost of gas. Additionally, a drop off ensures zero worries of lost postage, stolen packages, or shipping delays!AS OF 7/28/2022 shipping insurance is REQUIRED. I would hate for a suit to get lost/ severely damaged and you don’t have the funds to commission a new one. I try to package my creations with love, but sometimes postal workers can mishandle larger packages :(When sending the invoice, I will include the PayPal fee in the final price (4%). this helps cover the money PayPal takes from me. The full price will be invoiced with the 30% down payment as the minimum payment, it is up to you to divide the payments yourself in order to send me the correct amount each month.All extra fees towards the end of the commission will be stated (if any), and you MUST pay them or I will not ship your suit to you.

    repairs/refunds/cancellations

    By commissioning me, you automatically receive a 6 month warranty (starting after your commission is shipped) if your commission should need a repair.This warranty guarantees FREE suit repairs on any initial damage that occurred from shipping or use. (Including but not limited to loose/popped seams, loose ears/teeth/tongue/jaw) THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT INCLUDE REPAIRS FOR EXTENSIVE OR INTENTIONAL DAMAGE!!! Including, but not limited to: improper cleaning of your suit (machine washing/ heat damage), unsuccessful altercations, or fur dyeing/cutting.To ask for a repair, you must be within the warranty period for your suit, as well as give specific examples of what kind of repair(s) you need using text description and picture examples. I will NOT accept repairs unless you have run them by me BEFORE shipping your suit back to me. I don't pay for shipping for a repair sent to me, you'd have to pay this if you want a repair— but I will pay the shipping to return your suit back to you once the repair is complete. During the repair process, you will receive WIP updates of the repair in the same way you did during the initial construction. A repair estimate will be given, but the repair cost will be measured from my hourly rate ($25/hr). refusal to pay the repair cost will result in your suit not being shipped back until they are paid.Repairs outside the warranty period, or not covered under the warranty, will not be done for free.Your warranty may be voided at my sole discretion due to violations of my TOS or my own reasonable judgement.

    Refunds are under NO circumstance given for completed commissions. This includes if your order has not yet been shipped. I offer very involved WIP updates, and because of this, at no point should your commission be something you weren't expecting or didn't want.Refunds can be given to clients whose projects are not yet completed. However, the 30% down payment is never refundable. A refund amount for the remaining 70% will be granted based on the amount of work completed in hours. if suddenly you need funds during an emergency and need to cancel your commission, your slot will have to be sold before any partial refund is given. Your suit will be repurposed and resold as a different character.If you simply don't wish to continue the commission process with me anymore, a refund will be issued based on the amount of work done for the remaining 70% of the total cost of your commission. Your slot will have to be sold, and your suit will be repurposed and resold as a different character.Password: TwixIf you file a chargeback, whether through PayPal or your bank, I will sort out the case. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me again, and legal action may be taken if the suit is in your possession.

    commission abandonment

    Starting after 2 weeks without a response, you have 3 months to claim your suit upon completion if it is paid off and finished. If contact cannot be established during that timeframe, the suit will be repurposed into a separate character and resold. You will no longer have the right to your commission or a refund.

    purchasing a premade

    When purchasing a premade, 50% of your payments made are non refundable. You have up to 6 months to pay off the suit, or 9 months if it will be upgraded to a fullsuit. Shipping of the suit is a separate cost, and will only be shipped when the suit is paid off. The alternative payment plan may be used if i need to make extra parts for the suit.

    Art Terms of service

    general terms

    • I have the right to decline or turn down any commission I feel that I cannot complete to the best of my ability.

    • I take payment in USD through PayPal invoice ONLY

    • For each extra character I will charge 75% of the full price for the type of drawing (EX. headshot, halfbody, or fullbody price)

    • Do not come to me asking for free art. You will be blocked and blacklsited from commissioning me.

    • I have the right to sign or watermark my work UNLESS it will be a PNG used for VTubing. This cannot be removed or altered.

    • A MAX of 3 changes can be made to the sketch for free. Any more changes after 3, and a small fee will be charged according to how big the change is.

    • i will not draw for you if you are known to be problematic (EX. zoophile, pedo, groomer, bad payment history, known scams, chargebacks, etc.).

    • nsfw will cost extra ($25), and you must show proof of id.

    --Won't draw--

    • Gore, vore, diapers, scat, sexualized children (MUST BE 18+), hate speech or racism of any kind, self harm, discrimination towards minority groups.

    --before Inquiring--

    • Make sure my style is something you want, please do not come to me asking to mimic or copy another artist’s style.

    • I have the right to post your commission on my social media or website to use as an example. If this is not something you would like to happen, please let me know before hand.

    • You must give credit to me if you decide to post my art anywhere.

    • If you do not have an official reference of your character or I am working with a written description, I will charge a fee of 30USD for bringing your character to life.

    • If you do not have an official reference of your character or I am working with a colorless drawing, I will charge an extra 15USD for trying to figure out colors.

    • Note that past the sketch stage no further changes can be made to the pose, so please have a reference for the pose in mind.

    • Full payment is needed before full resolution files are sent by email.

    --finished pieces--

    • Make sure to save your commission somewhere, I may delete it at any time for any reason.

    • Once your commission is completed and you have approved everything, no further changes can be made without a fee for SMALL CHANGES. That means you cannot change the entire pose.

    • Feel free to use or re-upload the image anywhere as long as credit is given!

    --refund policy--

    • If you need a refund for any reason:

    • In the sketch stage you will receive 60% of your money back.

    • In the lineart stage you will receive 40% of your money back.

    • In the flat color stage you will receive 20% of your money back.

    • Any further than flat color and a refund will not be possible.

    • If you are not satisfied with your piece, please contact me for how I can make it better for you!

    • if i have not completed your piece within 2 months, you are eligible for a refund per my refund policy.

    --disputing--

    • If a dispute/chargeback is found within my paypal:

    • You will be blacklisted from ever commissioning me again, and I will sort out the case.

    • You will no longer own the right to the art or be able to post it anywhere, nor can it be used for personal use. this means you must delete it and i MUST see proof.
